Returns
Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Eligible molds must be unused, uncut, unaltered, clean, and in their original condition.
Used molds, molds with wax or casting residue, altered or damaged molds, and custom or personalized products are not eligible for return unless they arrived defective or we sent the wrong item.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, we will work with you on a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Where applicable law provides additional consumer rights, those rights remain unaffected.
